Most people are very much busy nowadays, We have social media accounts but we don't get time to post regularly on social media. Even if we somehow post regularly a large number of users don’t post on time. That is why the post scheduler is the most important tool for the users.
Most schedulers have ads or premium plans. But there is one completely free post scheduler for Instagram and Facebook pages that you don't know about. Meta Business Suite, formerly Facebook Business Suite have options to schedule a post to Instagram and your Facebook page
Requirements:
- Facebook Account / Facebook Page
- Instagram Account [Business Account]
Steps:
- First, go to your Instagram app then go to your profile then select the 3 dot / 3 line menu on the top right corner and select settings
- In the settings, go to “accounts” and then select “sharing to other apps”
- There will be some social media platforms, the first one should be Facebook.
- Tap on Facebook, it will open the Facebook login page, Login to your account and give Instagram the necessary permissions.
- After that in the next screen you have to set up account centre, Press continue
- In the next screen confirm that you want to add your Instagram to the account centre.
- after the confirmation, you will be back at step:3 but you will see Facebook sharing options. by default, it will select your profile but you can change it to your newly created Facebook page. [you must select a Facebook page, not your profile]
- In the meta business suit, you can choose just your Instagram or Facebook for schedule post. if you want to post to only one platform you can do it by choosing only one.
The above-mentioned steps are a one time hassle only.

Steps:
1. go to your Facebook page. Example: www.facebook.com/your-page-usernames
2. Now choose Business Suite Publishing Tool [Fig-1]
3. Now upload your pictures, you can select where you want to post [Facebook page or Instagram ] from this screen. you can also check the preview of the post on Instagram or Facebook from the right-hand side area. [fig:2]
3. Now click the little arrow beside Publish button if you want to save it as a draft or schedule it.
Alternatively, you can use the Meta Business Suite Mobile app to do it.

After searching for a long time, I have found that Meta Business Suite is best as a post scheduler, as it is completely free, So it is very good for personal use, content creators and small businesses.
